I got this from a nearby store and was very impressed to see world cuisine ingredients being so popular in India. This shows how much we Indians respect other traditions and world culinary. We are always experimental about variety of things and eager to learn and try new things. Our taste buds are also so receptive to new flavors. Another thing I noticed is this is imported and marketed from my home land Kerala and also the store was a Malayali owned one. We mallus are so famous on our skills to adjust with variety. The saying is so popular! “lokath evide chenalum oru malayali ye engilum kanan patum “ ;
Translation: “you can find atleast a malayali where ever you go around the world “ 😂
Being a food blogger or rather I should say “food being my religion “. , i love to experiment different cuisines and try to make myself to see how it turns out.
This is next in my kitchen lab test list 😁
I love to even travel to places to eat the real authentic dishes of a particular place and recreate the same. Coz I am so sure that only the origin can bring the authenticity especially in food and having a punjabi chole from Bangalore would be like dating someone from the site and marrying his distant relative 😁
I will keep posted on my travel food blogging experiences too 😊 So stay tuned!
