Calzones - Mushroom Gravy filled

Calzone's are my hubby's favorite, of course he loves all those curry stuffed breads. I also love baking them as you know my love for the smell of yeast and sugar in freshly baked breads. Gauthu likes it, but every time he gives up in half way coz it's too much for his little tummy to take :*  This time I made mushroom curry filled calzones and my little chef helped with the designs, you can see in the pictures below, the cute little hands making designs :* Mushroom is yet another favorite of mine, oh those lovely button mushrooms when sauteed is heaven! Chicken Kebabs - Chicken Patties

I have made kebabs in many different ways before, using chicken or potatoes, and Kebabs is a loved snack at home. It is an easy dish but a perfect tea time snack and so filling that you don't have to plan a dinner separately on Kebab snacks days. But always one thing that makes me concerned about is the oil frying part of it. Kebabs should be cooked in enough oil to be dipped in it, so that it cooks evenly. This time, there was some sausages left over in my refrigerator, some salami and one piece of boneless chicken, when I was searching for ingredients for the evening snack.  I want to finish this off as it can go stale if kept for long and my vacations were almost ending. First thing came to my mind is Kebabs or Patties, but dropped the thought thinking of the unhealthy cooking and I know my boys had a lot of oils and sweets all these days.  I was thinking of an alternate snack, just when the idea of baking them has come to my mind.
