It was on my way back from my Business Trip to my homeland I realized that Christmas is almost reaching in a month and what about the wine for my Christmas spread. The grape wine I prepared 2 years back was almost over. So it is time to replenish my wine reserve. This time I wanted a different flavor, as grape wine has become so common and boring.
