Beet Green grapes 🍇 smoothie

Smoothie of the day! This is part of my new Smoothie of the day! challenge :) I don't think my morning smoothies now needs a lot of explanation. Coffee Walnut Bundt Cake

Coffee flavor is favorite at my home, especially the strong coffee types. Growing up mom used to prepare coffee with palm jaggery daily morning in a big clay pot, and we used to have it all round the day. The clay pot keeps it cool and it feels like having a quencher rather than a beverage. At my home black coffee was liked mostly other than the creamy sweeter ones. Even I have memories from my childhood, plucking coffee beans from the garden and eating as such :) Things were different the place I am married to, coz they were never coffee lovers. But of course as a wife my responsibility is to spoil my husband at least from the gang to my path, so mean me right :P The first coffee I made was not black coffee though, coz I know a person who is not so fond of coffee may not like it and it is always good to start with less ris...

Fruity Salad - with Apple, Fig, Walnut and Honey

I came to know from my friends that they loved those recipes and was a big hit at their homes.Coming into the factor that salad being the main course, it may feel a little awkward first time, but you don't know a salad can be so satisfying, filling and healthy alternative to many other main courses. So if you are on a diet and your appetite is more, grab a salad bowl which can help you keeping full for a longer time. So coming back to this recipe, this was my trial for a fruity bowl, which of course is not my main course, but an appetite breaker and if you feel to just munch over, and not to add more calories. Apple is really a fat burner as many of you know, so I made it the base or the critical guy for this mission, and of course, fig is such a fruit well known for it nutrition and the soft supple fruit is really good to bite ov...
