Another smoothie recipe. This was part of Sunday indulgence where a chocolate lover can start the day with a Cocoa kick. Over to the recipe now! Ingredients: Frozen bananas - 5 to 6 round pieces Cucumber - 5 round pieces Iceberg Lettuce - a handful chopped Turmeric root - 1/2 inch piece Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Oats - 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 2 tsp Strawberries - 3 to 4 pieces Honey - 1 tsp Almonds soaked - 4 nos Milk - 1/4 cup Yogurt - 1 tbsp Ice cubes - 4 to 5 Toppings: Strawberries, hazelnuts and nuts seeds mix.            Method:  Grind everything together until smooth. Chill until use. Add toppings and serve :)

Everyone out there, who are in my circle knows my love affair with this guy and I don't think I have to now officially publish this message. My obsession, my love Hot Chocolate! Chocolates were my love growing up too, nevertheless to mention, every kid would love chocolate. But I was never a person with sweet tooth, I loved all the savory things stuffed in the bakery slides and used to drool over it, because at my home my health guide Mom had a very big 'No' for bakery stuffs. But lately I realized that my love for chocolate is not just an infatuation as a kid, but it is so real and when I say chocolate, it is not every chocolate out there. It is the purest, darkest chocolates with more than 70% cocoa in it. Some of my favorites being the Belgian made Godiva, Lindt bars and Lindors in dark chocolate flavor. I will munch over a 90% Lindt bar just like that and my friends called me crazy when they tasted and blamed me for spoiling their mouth :-| I don't have any ratio...

Choco flan or magic cake! Yes really it's a magic. I was wondering how this cake ever happen when I saw the recipe video of this cake in YouTube. So I wanted to try it out and. See if it really works. A very simple recipe, you just need a chocolate cake batter and a flan layer which has milk, condensed milk and eggs.   For me the magic happened but in a different way. The flan was supposed to be settled down and the chocolate cake layer over it. Mine was literally an interesting magic where the flan has settled right in the middle, acting like a sandwich between the chocolate layers. It was so beautiful to see the cake when it came out of oven after 50 mins of baking. I think the consistency difference of my chocolate cake batter has made the flan settle down in middle. More trials in this would help me understand the logic behind it, I hope. That doesn't matter where the flan has settled, coz the taste was that awesome and my boys have gone crazy seeing the drooli...

Brownies!!! Ohh I have a 13 yr old memory, hearing this name for the first time or may be I would have heard it before, but was not stamped in my heart like this. Also at my home my mom, the culinary expert would prepare some or other thing everyday, so that we won't overindulge on bakery stuffs, so we had limited knowledge on all these foods. Thanks to my health conscious Mommy, I have inherited that feature from her. Whenever I am home I will make sure Gauthu gets to eat what I cook and there is no limit set for his choice, I will try out whatever he wants.
