By now you would know my love for dips, sauces and spreads. This one has topped my favorites list now, very easy to make and I can challenge any store brought dip which can compete with my home made Hummus. The name of this dish is so evidently calling it out as a middle eastern dish, but before claiming that I thought to do a research in google to find the origin of this one, basically a peek into its bloodline. Then I got to understand there is equal confusion in google too, as many of them claim this gorgeousness to be part of their family. As of today the claimers are Greek and Arabs.
