When mind wants to indulge in cup cakes or muffins, why hold back because of the guilt of having unhealthy food?
My whole wheat flour eggless blueberry muffins is the fix for that solution😍

Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour - 1 1/2cup
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 3 tsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Butter - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar - 3/4 cup
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
Yogurt - 1 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 3 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Dried or raw blueberries - 1 cup (keep some for toppings)
Whole oats - to sprinkle on top

Method:
Sift together dry ingredients and keep aside.
Beat butter until creamy. Ads brown sugar and beat well until incorporated. Add yogurt, vanilla essence, apple cider vinegar and mix well. Add flour little by little and gently mix, do not overmix. Add milk in between and mix to a lumpy thick batter, consistency of idli batter would be fine. Add blueberries and give it a stir. Line muffin tin with liners and full 3/4th of it. Top with rest of
Blueberries and rolled oats. Preheat oven at 170 C for 15 mins. Bake the muffins at 170
C for 20 to 25 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
