Breakfasts can be so easy and fulfilling ones. All my overnight oats and chia puddings were such an example. Very easy to put it together in a glass jar, and morning you open up the jar to find the most satiating and lovely breakfast saying "Good Morning" to you.
This one is a classic combo of home made cranberry preserve, for the tanginess, honey adding the sweetness, and red pears, who won't love it :) to top up with. I added some pomegranate and black raisins for the color contrast.
Ingredients:
Chia seeds - 30 gms
Milk
Yogurt
Cranberry preserve
Dry fruits
Pomegranate
Honey 🍯
Toppings:
Pear 🍐 half of it
Mix all together and keep in refrigerator overnight. This is yet another versatile dish like smoothies. The ingredients can be easily swapped with any alternative you like.
