Link from Instagram post What I ate in a day Today’s healthy meal started at 11 in morning. As I mentioned in above post I am keeping a 16/8 intermittent fasting. Started with green super foods from kapiva, mixed in home made orange juice with half a tea spoon of honey. Post that I had a 50 mins strength training workout and as post work out y breakfast of the day. As you guys know I love breakfasts , basically all meals. It is that I m passionate about food. Today’s breakfast was simple, but much awaited after Saturday’s detox where I was away from grains and nuts; my favorite things. I had 2 rice cakes with peanut butter, 2 eggs sunny side up, 1 guava fruit and home made hazel nut coffee with palm jaggery. Afternoon I had brown rice, black bengal gram curry and squid stir fry a bowl full, which was my lunch. I had yogurt for those probiotics. Since lunch was a bit filling I wasn’t feeling to have tea time or snacks. 6 30 I had my last meal, which is a cup of hot chocolate
