I don't have to explain more on this, as this is going to be a daily post until I have this smoothie obsession. You can see the base of many of them are same, banana being common participant in all. So today's, specifically saying 11th March 2019, I had this healthy fig blue grapes oats smoothie.
The quantity is what you would decide. There is no rule about it.
Ingredients
Blue grapes
Fig
Frozen banana
Cucumber
Lettuce
Oats
Almond Milk
Yogurt
Turmeric root
Ginger root
Pepper powder
Ice cubes
Method:
Grind all of them together to get a fine smoothie consistency. Keep refrigerator
Top with granola and nuts!
